DCGC 13TH BATCH CONVOCATION

All eligible students are hereby informed that the 13th Batch Convocation Ceremony will be held on 18th

January 2026.

Students who wish to participate in the Convocation must register mandatorily. All students are required to

submit the Convocation declaration form and remit the Convocation fee of(Total: INR 800) must be paid on

or before January 15, 2026. Only students who complete the above formalities within the stipulated time will be permitted to participate in the Convocation

Instructions for Convocation

❖ Convocation participation is permitted only for students who have completed and cleared all papers,

including practical examinations.

❖ Participation is allowed only if all semester examination fees are fully cleared.

❖ Registration through the official Convocation Registration Form is mandatory
